The new home for the over age 45 hockey enthusiasts
Established in the Spring of 2008 the NRIMHL 45 has already developed into a strong, competitive hockey league for the over 45 hockey enthusiast.
NRIMHL 45 is a non-checking, non-slapshot league for individuals who enjoy the game with limited risk of injury. The seven teams are comprised of 10 skater roster and a goaltender. Teams are developed through a player draft at the beginning of each season (winter, summer).
The league is currently allowing alternate players from age 40 and older.
